Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

All commissioned works and any WIPs may be used by me on my social media, portfolios, or as content, but you may purchase NDA. There are 2 Types of NDAs1. Short term NDA (Period under 2 months) : $1002. Long term NDA (Period over 2 months, until you post the art to the public): 2x the price of the order, excluding other licensing costsEg. On a bust shot order with VTubing license, total cost will be $450 (base $150 + Vtubing license $150 + NDA $150)

How to Order

Please read the Terms of Service before you place an order.By placing an order and making the payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to all Terms of Service.

Terms of service

These are the Terms of Service between myself the artist, hereon referred to as "I" "me" "my", and the client (anyone ordering/receiving the commission, including yourself, your friend(s)/family, and/or any third parties you order the commission for), hereon referred to as "you" "your".By making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the Terms of Service.Please feel free to contact me via Twitter DMs if you have any questions regarding the TOS.

General

  1. Commissions are for personal use only. This means it cannot be used to generate any revenue, income, profit, and/or gains on the commission in any form, unless if commercial license is purchased. For commercial inquiries, please DM me on Twitter. See "Usage & Copyright" section below for more details on personal use.

  2. You must be over 18 years of age to order a commission, and able to consent to payment.

  3. I reserve the right to decline any commission requests if I feel I am unable to fulfil your requests.

  4. There is no physical product in any stage of the commission. You are paying for a service that is all digital. The final deliverable will be a digital image file that will be sent to you via email or your socials.

  5. I reserve the right to artistic freedom. While I aim to draw true to the reference provided, there may be slight changes in hues/shapes/expressions/any other element in the illustration to better suit my artistic style.

  6. I am not liable for any false information given to me.

Payment & Refund

  1. All prices are in USD. Payment will be solely through Paypal invoicing system.

  2. By making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the Terms of Service.

  3. There is no refund, no cancellations, no chargebacks once payment has been made, under any circumstances.

  4. Full payment is due upfront within 48 hours once I have agreed to your commission request via email/Twitter DM in writing. If payment is not received within 48 hours, you commission spot will be passed onto the next client in line.

  5. In the unlikely event that I become unable to complete your commission due to changes in my life or any personal reasons after the payment has been made, I will notify you and I will issue a refund.

Timelines

  1. Estimated timeline for a single bust shot commission of one character is 2 weeks to 2 months from the time of payment. This timeline excludes the time spent waiting for client response.

  2. Depending on the complexity of the commission and my schedule, the commission could be completed earlier or later

Ordering

  1. Complete visual references are required. I will not draw from text descriptions or incomplete references.

  2. References for layout/pose/expressions are highly enoucraged, even if it's a stick figure drawing

Edits & Updates

  1. No changes or edits will be made once the commission is complete.

  2. I will send you one rough sketch, where you can ask for minor changes, such as expressions (no major changes such as requesting a completely different character). After that, no more changes or edits can be requested.

  3. If I do not hear back from you within 24 hours of the rough sketch, I will take that you're fine with the rough sketch I sent you and proceed with the commission, and no more changes or edits can be requested.

  4. You may inquire for WIPs (and I will be posting WIPs from time to time on my Twitter), but please be reasonable and realistic on how often you inquire (ie: I won't be able to send WIPs every other day).

USAGE & COPYRIGHT

  1. I reserve the right to post the commission in any stage, in any form (image/video) to any of my portfolios, galleries, and social media, unless if NDA has been purchased. I will not publicize your commission until the NDA terms are over.

  2. You may not trace, edit, or modify my art in any form.

  3. You may not claim the art as your own.

  4. AI/NFT usage is strictly prohibited

  5. Unless if you’ve purchased commercial license, the commission is strictly for personal, non-commercial use, meaning you cannot generate any revenue, income, profit, or gains in any form. This includes: no redistribution of the commission in commercial zines, prints, merch, webtoons, and any other commercial purpose.

Process

  1. You will submit the order form

  2. I will send you a Paypal invoice if I accept your commission.

  3. You make full payment upfront within 48 hours of when the Paypal invoice is sent.

  4. I start commission once I have received full payment.

  5. I will send you a rough sketch.

  6. You have 24 hours from the time I sent you the rough sketch to request any changes.

  7. I will send the final high res image to you via email or social media
